STEP & SCULPT This dynamic, lower body-centric class incorporates creative whole body exercises with weights along with fun, energizing music to bring you dramatic results. BUNS AND GUNS This class focuses on strengthening and toning the entire body, but specifically the arms and glutes. Bodyweight exercises, core work and the use of weights are included.
