Michael is a St. Helena native and owner of St. Helena Fitness. He has his MBA from St. Mary's college and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He is passionate about helping clients grow and reach their full potential.

Joey brings over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer. Before receiving his B.S. in Exercise Science, he served as a medic in the army for 3 years. Joey's knowledge and passion for fitness make him a great asset to St. Helena Fitness.

If you're looking for maximum efficiency in a minimal amount of time, Indoor Cycle is a great choice. High energy with motivating music, but with intensity you control, this class leaves you feeling an adrenaline high and the satisfied feeling of an effective, thorough workout.
STEP & SCULPT
This dynamic, lower body-centric class incorporates creative whole body exercises with weights along with fun, energizing music to bring you dramatic results.
TRX
TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. This popular class uses suspension straps to leverage gravity and your bodyweight to train your entire body (especially your core!) like nothing you’ve experienced.
MOVE & STRETCH
This class utilizes a stability ball for a low impact warm up, followed by development of balance and proper posture, focusing on the core. Weights are used as well as a focus on stretching for a balanced, whole body workout.
AHATHAA YOGA
This class focuses on the development of balance, strength, flexibility, and breath control in held postures.
AGENTLEA YOGA
An hour long class focused on moving and holding specific muscle groups to receive lengthening and opening. A therapeutic class that is geared toward hips, alignment, and breath. All levels welcome and modifications available.
PILATES YOGA FUSION
This core-centric class will leave you feeling strong and powerful, and yet open and loosened up thanks to a great balance of stretching and strengthening exercises using your own bodyweight.
POWER FLOW YOGA
This serene and yet energizing yoga class focuses on breath and flowing from one pose to the next. Prioritizes opening the hips and chest to improve posture and overall health by healing the body and calming the mind.
